Delivery:
Orders are shipped USPS priority or express. Please choose your method at checkout. Please allow 3-5 business days for priority and 1-2 days for express, depending on your location.
For Next Day options please call 773-960-5299. All orders must be placed before 12:00 pm CST.
All orders are shipped from Chicago, IL.
Returns:
We hope you love your purchase, but just in case you don't, we will offer an exchange or full refund within 30 days of receipt of goods. The product must not be used, is in new condition and has the original tags. Please be aware that you are responsible for all return shipping charges, except in cases where the item you received is incorrect, or damaged. We will do our very best to prevent this from happening but in the event that it does, please email us at hello@seesawsociety.com for a return authorization. We will provide you with a mailing label. Returns are credited against the original form of payment (note - credits may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your account).
